Responsibilities

• Establish and execute engineering activities aligned with strategic objectives and project timelines. Propose, plan, and implement preventive and improvement measures to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Facilitate coordination and negotiations for effective execution of engineering initiatives among teams and stakeholders. Monitor process control and performance to ensure adherence to operational standards and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Resilient and optimistic with a positive mindset in demanding work environments. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and quickly adapt to new challenges. Team-oriented and proactive, while capable of working independently. Self-driven and dependable, performing with minimal supervision and managing stress effectively. Comfortable working in cleanroom environments, adhering to stringent cleanliness and operational standards. Strong analytical skills with effective interpersonal communication abilities.
