Senior Process Engineer

Join a dynamic team as a Process Engineer, where you will lead process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity while driving cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Draft and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational safety and product quality. Coordinate and manage new grade trial runs in collaboration with R&D and Operations teams. Assess long-term process performance and identify potential risks related to plant stability, safety, and quality. Actively participate in HAZOP, FMEA, and Control plan studies to bolster safety and quality. Oversee process-related capital expenditure projects from initial design through Front End Engineering Design (FEED). Study and integrate Industry 4.0 technologies to support productivity enhancement projects. Collaborate with various departments to uphold management systems, including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, SS651, and IATF16949. Conduct research and development as requested, focusing on process engineering aspects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant industries 5 years preferred for senior roles. Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) certification is advantageous. Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, and IEC 61511 is a plus. Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and its logic and sequence modifications is desirable. Strong analytical abilities and effective multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to manage diverse responsibilities.
