NTi Technology is seeking a hands-on and self-driven Process Engineer to support our pilot projects across various locations, including heavy industrial environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for process setup, troubleshooting, optimization, and on-site implementation to ensure smooth project execution and operational stability.
This role requires strong technical capability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in dynamic site conditions.
Lead process setup, commissioning, and implementation for pilot projects at different client sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues on-site.
Optimize workflows and improve system efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Work closely with project managers, technicians, and external vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvement measures.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, SOPs, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, especially in heavy industry environments (e.g., marine, oil & gas, manufacturing plants).
Supervise and guide technicians during installation and maintenance activities.
Support equipment testing, validation, and data collection for pilot studies.
Bachelor's Degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience (experience in pilot projects or industrial site work preferred).
Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills (mechanical and/or electrical systems).
Familiar with P&ID drawings, process flow diagrams, and system integration.
Comfortable working in heavy industry environments and at different project locations.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Class 3 driving license (preferred).
Willingness to travel islandwide and work on-site when required.
Experience in commissioning and startup of industrial systems.
Knowledge of PLC systems, instrumentation, and automation controls.
Experience in water treatment, waste management, energy systems, or manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with Singapore industrial safety requirements.
