For business expansion, our client is hiring one Process Engineer at their Tuas manufacturing plant.
Process Engineer (1-year contract)
Work Location: Tuas Avenue 2
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, plan, and execute improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce cost.
- Lead project management activities for productline improvements, including change control, MSA, and process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Develop process FMEAs, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation, and train operators on validation activities.
- Analyse top production losses and implement actions to eliminate waste and improve OEE.
- Support capacity planning, process optimization, and documentation of budgeted rates.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Quality Systems, safety regulations, and ISO14001 environmental requirements.
- Participate in manufacturing projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related engineering disciplines.
- Good experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, or manufacturing operations.
- Hands-on experience in process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), change control, MSA, FMEA development, and creation of manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
- Good project management and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to lead productivity, costreduction, and OEE improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
