Introduction:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Process Engineer to join our team. This role involves developing and optimizing process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Job:
- Develop and optimize diffusion process recipes, methods, and controls to ensure alignment with device performance and quality standards.
- Analyze and interpret process data, SPC charts, and equipment metrics to drive decisions and improve process stability.
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to diffusion operations, and conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risks.
- Evaluate new product integration and ensure process compatibility with diffusion techniques, while estimating associated costs and timelines.
- Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers to integrate tool capabilities and consumables that meet diffusion module specifications.
- Lead and implement Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) focused on yield enhancement, cycle time reduction, and defect minimization within the diffusion area.
- Work cross-functionally with integration, equipment, and quality teams to support technology development and production ramp-up.

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, especially in front-end processes like diffusion, oxidation, LPCVD, or annealing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and DOE methodologies.
- Familiarity with diffusion equipment (e.g., furnaces, gas delivery systems, automation tools).
