We are seeking a motivated Junior Process Engineer to join a modern API manufacturing facility, supporting day-to-day process engineering activities within a GMP-regulated production environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on exposure across manufacturing operations, process optimization, deviation management, and validation, while working in a highly automated and technically advanced facility.
Process Engineering Support
Provide day-to-day process engineering support to API manufacturing operations.
Assist in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production processes.
Support process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deviation Management & Investigations
Support and participate in GMP deviation investigations.
Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of CAPAs.
Work cross-functionally to resolve manufacturing and process-related issues.
Change Control
Raise and support change control activities related to process, equipment, and documentation updates.
Assist in impact and risk assessments for proposed manufacturing changes.
Coordinate implementation with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Cleaning Validation
Support cleaning validation activities including protocol execution and documentation.
Assist in sampling activities (e.g., swab / rinse) and validation reporting.
Participate in continuous improvement of cleaning strategies.
Process Automation & Systems
Gain exposure to process automation platforms such as DeltaV.
Support recipe reviews, process monitoring, and automation troubleshooting alongside Automation teams.
Manufacturing & Operational Support
Assist with process changeovers, start-ups, and shutdown activities.
Support yield improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain stable operations.
1-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or API manufacturing environment.
Exposure to GMP-regulated production operations.
Basic understanding of deviation management and change control processes.
Familiarity or academic exposure to cleaning validation is advantageous.
Interest in process automation systems (e.g., DeltaV) is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
