Looking for a Process Designer| Process Analyst| Business Process Management-Banking, Finance professional with MANDATORY Experience in ARIS.
Financial Services or related discipline
Knowledge of Financial Services processes, systems and products
Proficiency in ARIS for process design and architecture
Proficiency in ADO, MS Office
Workshop facilitation skills
Project Management tools & methods (e.g. Clarity, ADO, MS Project)
Data & Reporting skills (e.g. MS Excel, project dashboards, status reports, KPI tracking)
Collaboration and communication tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence)
Financial and contract management
Years experience in process design / process analysis engagement for large complex global enterprises
Understanding of process design and improvement best practices.
Experience in aligning process blueprinting method with Agile based project delivery approach
Leading process blueprinting initiatives
Project leadership and delivery
Stakeholder & communication management
Financial & resource management
Conceptual and Analytical skills
Yrs experience in team building, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Flexibility ability to adapt to changes and ad hoc issues
Prioritization ability to prioritize projects and daily tasks
