Overview

A large enterprise IT environment is seeking aSenior Business Analyst (Finance Support)to supportfinance systems, BAU operations, and ongoing change initiatives. This role partners with Finance and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective system solutions, drive process improvements, and support stable day-to-day operations.

This is ahands-on senior BA rolewith strong exposure toERP platforms, finance processes, stakeholder engagement, and application support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
  • Translate business needs intofunctional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases
  • Identify and driveprocess improvement, automation, and system optimisationopportunities
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and working sessions
  • SupportBAU operations, including incidents, enhancements, and change requests
  • Act as a bridge between business users, IT delivery teams, and support vendors
  • Review and manage support tickets, ensuring delivery aligned with agreed SLAs
  • Support system testing activities, includingtest planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Experience:
  • 8-10+ yearsof experience as anIT Business Analyst / Systems Analyst
  • Strong exposure tofinance systems and enterprise applications
  • Experience supportingBAU, application support, and change delivery
  • Familiarity withERP platforms(e.g. PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Experience working withAgile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT
