Job Description

  • Household Management
    Supervise household staff (nannies, drivers, domestic helpers, gardeners, etc.)
    Manage household schedules, repairs, and maintenance
    Oversee vendors and service providers (cleaning, catering, contractors)
  • Administrative & Personal Support
    Manage calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries
    Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of family
    Organize personal and family events (birthdays, gatherings, holidays)

Core HR Functions:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    Hiring domestic helpers, drivers, security, tutors, etc.
    Interviewing, background checks, contract setup
  • Employee Records & Contracts
    Drafting and maintaining employment contracts
    Ensuring compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower, in Singapore) laws
    Keeping staff files, leave records, and payroll details
  • Payroll & Benefits
    Monthly salary processing
    CPF (if applicable), allowances, medical insurance coverage
  • Performance & Training
    Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback
    Organizing training (e.g., childcare first aid, cooking courses, driving safety)
