Key Responsibilities:

Private Domain Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a private domain user growth strategy, leading marketing initiatives from 0 to 1, and increasing the brand's influence in the private domain.
Multi-Platform Operations: Manage and optimize user engagement and interaction across various private domain platforms and social media (TikTok, Instagram, WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.), improving user retention and activity.
Content Planning and Execution: Create high-quality content, including photos, videos, and marketing visuals, to boost user engagement and conversion rates.
Campaign Planning and Management: Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns based on industry trends to achieve both brand exposure and sales conversion targets.
Data Analysis and Optimization: Use data-driven analysis to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies, continuously improving the lifetime value of private domain users.

Job Requirements:

Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in private domain operations, with a background in the beauty and wellness industry.
Social Media Operations: Familiar with major English and Chinese social media platforms and their operational techniques, with the ability to develop and implement effective user growth strategies.
Creative Skills: Strong content creation abilities, skilled in producing visually appealing content such as images and short videos, and proficient in using relevant design and editing tools.
Data Analysis Skills: Ability to develop and adjust operational strategies based on data analysis to optimize user experience and growth pathways.
Self-Starter: Capable of independently driving projects from concept to execution, able to work under pressure.
