Position Title: Relationship Manager - Private Banking

Job Description:

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Private Banking team, managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You will provide tailored investment advisory, build long-term client relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor while promoting the Bank's brand and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals.

• Provide investment advisory across a range of wealth management products and solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor, enhancing client satisfaction and the Bank's brand.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies in all client interactions.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Recognised Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Premier Banking RM, or minimum 2 years in Private Banking RM.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Relevant certifications: CACS, CMFAS (M9, M9A, M5, HI) preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Professional, client-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
