Role: Private Banking Batch Support
Duration: 12 months
Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:
- Manage PB batch jobs, including new job setup, scheduling, execution, and monitoring across the project lifecycle from Development and SIT through UAT environments.
- Monitor batch jobs and provide operational support for issues such as job failures, overruns, or missed executions document incidents in JIRA and collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve root causes.
- Prepare detailed batch execution and run-status reports to support testing, validation, and management reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain batch execution Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support a smooth and compliant production handover.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 10 years relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
Essential:
- You must develop solid understanding of PB system flow and dependencies to effectively support batch scheduling, execution and monitoring.
- You are expected to produce clear and comprehensive documentation and ensure proper knowledge transfer to the production support team following project cutover.
- You are expected to collaborate closely with developers, system analysts and architects to design and implement technical solutions that are fit for purpose for the PB system, while meeting all security, regulatory, and architectural standards.
- You are expected to work on shift schedules, including overnight shifts to support EOD batch execution for PB projects.
- You are expected to strictly adhere to UOB standards, policies, and procedures in all deliverables and activities, with no deviations.
