We are seeking an experienced Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) Functional Business Analyst with deep expertise in Private Banking and Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering large-scale transformation programs, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Functional Business Analyst for Temenos TAP implementations
- Lead and facilitate Process & Lifecycle Workshops (PLW) and prepare gap analysis documentation
- Manage and document the Order Trade Lifecycle Management process
- Perform Portfolio Performance Analysis and support strategy constraint configuration
- Design and validate Statements and Reporting solutions
- Create detailed documentation including:
- High-Level Solution Documents (HLSD)
- Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Collaborate with Scrum Teams and Product Owners in Agile delivery
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and drive consensus across business and technical teams
- Perform root cause analysis and propose effective solutions
- Support end-to-end Private Banking implementations
Required Experience & Domain Expertise
- Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience in Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP)
- Experience in at least two end-to-end Private Banking implementations, covering TTI, T24, TDS, TDH
- Domain expertise in Private Banking Products: Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products & Core Banking Products: Payments, Deposits, Loans, FX
- Strong understanding of International Private Banking operations
- Proven experience in Conducting workshops and stakeholder discussions, Writing business and functional requirements, Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies, AI/ML, APIs is an added advantage
- Good to have CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) & Agile Certifications
