about the job
- Develop and manage testing and validation for nacelle components and systems
- Design and develop a nacelle with primary focus on inlet and thrust reverser
- Conceptual and detailed design and development of nacelle
- Manage technical risks and design trade-offs to optimize nacelle performance, reliability, and cost
- Manage the structural design of the nacelle, including materials selection, stress analysis, and installation interfaces
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for nacelle evolution and system integration
skills & experience required
- PhD/Msc/Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace / Aviation / Avionics / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in nacelle design, development and testing (End to End)
- Strong knowledge of FAA/EASA/CAAC regulatory requirements on nacelle and propulsion system
- Familiar with certification of nacelle and propulsion systems
- Proficient in project management tools and engineering software such as CATIA, Ansys, MSC, etc
