Introduction:
RF Test and Characterization engineer supporting development, optimization, and qualification of RFSOI semiconductor devices and technologies.
Your Job:
Run on-wafer RF measurements (e.g. S-parameters, Harmonics, Noise Figure)
Handle test equipment setup & calibration related activities
Prepare RF measurement reports and do preliminary analysis for devices measured
Troubleshoot and drive solutions for any test setup/measurement issues
Work with internal experts/vendors on new test capability enablement
Innovate new methods to streamline test procedures/techniques and improve measurement cycle time
Provide device inputs and prepare characterization reports as part of the technology development team
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
5 years relevant experience for Degree/Masters.
RF test and characterization experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of semiconductor device physics
Knowledge of RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters, Harmonics, Noise Figure) is a plus.
RF test experience in on-wafer measurements and setup of test equipment (e.g. probers, semiconductor device analyzers, network analyzers) valued.
Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition.
Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
