Introduction

Device development for feature rich CMOS technologies (CMOS, NVM, sensors)

Your Role

  • Design, development and characterization of MOSFETs, non-volatile memory cells or CMOS-based sensors to meet performance and reliability requirements

  • Design of device test structures and detailed characterization of devices

  • Working with TCAD engineers to predict device split results

  • Working with Modeling engineers to produce good device models

  • Detailed analysis of electrical test data and characterization results

Required Qualifications

  • Masters with at least 2 years relevant device experience or PhD

  • Familiarity with layout and design rules

  • Experience in detailed electrical characterization of devices

  • Process Integration experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD or Masters in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent

  • Field of specialization: Microelectronics

Other Essential Attributes

  • Strong understanding of device and process physics

  • Aptitude for optimization and innovation

  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
