Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across roles in Fund Houses, Fintech, and Insurance, and more
- Developing strong client relationships with leading financial services firms
- Sourcing high-calibre candidates through headhunting, referrals, and market mapping
- Conducting interviews and providing consultative advice to clients and candidates
- Managing offer processes and negotiating packages in a competitive market
- Keeping up to date with hiring trends, market intelligence, and regulatory changes in financial services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment (financial services experience preferred but not essential)
- OR a background in financial services with a passion for people and career growth
- A strong understanding of financial services roles and terminology
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, resilient, and target-driven attitude
