Preschool Principal

I'm supporting an elite preschool in Singapore in their search for a Preschool Principal to lead the school through an exciting rebranding and growth phase. The role will begin as a dual appointment-providing leadership while also teaching a class until enrolment reaches target levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff, ensuring compliance with ECDA, SPARK & regulatory standards.
• Champion curriculum innovation with inquiry-based, Positive Education, and project-based learning.
• Build strong parent relationships and represent the preschool in the community.
• Oversee operations, enrolment, and financial planning with management support

Requirements

• Mandarin is required due to the need to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and counterparts
• ECDA-recognised Principal (L2 + Diploma in Leadership).
• Proven leadership experience in preschool management.
• Bilingual (English & Mandarin) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, approachable, and passionate about early childhood education.
