With a startup-style energy, they are looking for a Preschool Principal to lead and shape their team, curriculum, and culture. This is a unique opportunity for a strong educational leader from a premium preschool to make a meaningful impact and take ownership of a growing school.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Pedagogy

Lead and strengthen the centre's Pedagogy of Play / Playful Learning

Ensure high-quality curriculum planning and classroom delivery

Mentor teachers in best teaching practices

Leadership & People Management

Lead, coach and manage a team of 16 teachers

Drive professional development and performance standards

Build a positive, collaborative, high-performing team culture

Parent Partnership

Develop strong relationships with parents

Communicate children's progress effectively

Handle feedback and concerns professionally

Operations & Compliance

Oversee daily centre operations

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Implement systems and processes to support growth

Communication & Culture Building

Maintain strong communication standards with staff and parents

Contribute to building a strong school identity and culture

Requirements

Holder of DPL / DECCE-L (Leadership) certification

Strong understanding of play-based or inquiry-based learning approaches

Proven experience managing and mentoring teaching teams

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a growing environment

Ideal Candidate

Strong institutional foundation with structured training experience
