Description:

A Preschool Business Development Manager is responsible for helping the organization obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. They coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins. This is a full-time on-site role located in West Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for the Company.
  • Promote the Company's products (Preschool and Training Center) to prospective clients.
  • Drive franchise expansion by identifying potential markets.
  • Lead and inspire a team of franchisees, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent brand representation and exceptional customer experience.
  • Oversee daily operations of franchise outlets, ensuring compliance with brand standards, operational guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate training programs to equip franchisees and their teams with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding products and services.
  • Monitor key performance indicators assess franchise performance.
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation.
  • To plan marketing and promotional projects for Preschool.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Attending network events to attract and retain clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in managing sales or marketing teams or relevant.
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and service-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
  • Familiar with current market trends and best practices in business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
