Presales & Solution Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pre-sales activities to engage clients, review tender documents, gather and clarify requirements
• Develop in-depth knowledge of product/solution features and benefits
• Gather and analyze client requirements, as a basis to propose solutions and develop technical write-ups and specifications as inserts for proposals
• Prepare conceptual solution descriptions, functional specifications, solution architecture, project schedules, and other relevant materials
• Prepare technical proposals and create client proposal presentations, providing technical clarifications, answering questions from clients and internal stakeholders
• Create and deliver compelling presentation materials and demo/POC tailored to client needs
• Support and participate in trade shows, industry events and marketing activities

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in a Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years relevant pre-sales experience, proposal role
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Words, Excel & Powerpoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate cybersecurity concepts
• Fast learner, self-motivated & able to work independently with minimal supervision
