Job Purpose:
- Design and win complex technology solutions through expert architecture and presales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex deals, including RFI, RFP, and proactive presales engagements
- Translate client business requirements into scalable, secure, cost-effective architectures across cloud, data, and applications
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and domain experts to craft compelling, differentiated technical solution proposals
- Engage senior stakeholders, articulating architecture decisions through whiteboarding, presentations, and consultative solution discussions effectively
- Develop solution estimates, define architectures, and ensure alignment with public sector standards and governance frameworks
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years experience in solution architecture, with strong background across software, cloud, and enterprise platforms
- Proven presales experience supporting RFI, RFP, and complex deal cycles within public sector environments
- Deep expertise in microservices, cloud platforms, integration patterns, and modern application architecture design principles
- Strong understanding of Singapore Government tech stack, GovTech standards, and regulated public sector environments requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence CXO audiences and communicate complex architectures clearly
