Experience & Technical Expertise

• Industry Tenure: Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Service Delivery and Solutions Architecture.

• Specialized Domain Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in two or more of the following:

  • Bespoke Application Development (Agile)

  • Application Maintenance and Support

  • SaaS Implementation (e.g., ServiceNow)

  • Data Platform Implementation

  • Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS) implementation.

• Public Sector Savvy: Strong understanding of the Singapore Public Sector ecosystem, with additional experience in domains like Banking considered an asset.

• Technical Breadth: Familiarity with Microservices Architecture, Java, .Net Core, Data Analytics, ERP, and open standards (TOGAF).

• Cloud & Infrastructure: In-depth knowledge of Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), SGTS, and at least one SaaS platform shortlisted by GovTech.

Professional Attributes

• Background: Tier-I professional services experience is highly preferred.

• Communication: Proven ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders, present compelling propositions, and lead technical whiteboarding or oral sessions.

• Execution: Expertise in developing estimation models for solution sizing and translating high-level architectures into executable project plans.

• Adaptability: Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and managing the solution build process effectively.
