Responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall management of the workers quarter (TOLQ/CTQ)
Monitors the briefing of house rules and regulations for newly registered workers
Monitor and record check-in/check-out movements in the system with assistance
Respond promptly to emergencies within the workers quarter
Report violations of workers quarter house rules and file incident reports
Maintain accurate records of workers quarter
Provide operational support during outbreaks or emergencies
Act as the primary coordinator for Emergency Response Plan (ERP) during emergencies such as fires, floods or medical crisis
Take charge of Regulatory & Inspection Response not restricted to Authority Audit Readiness and Document Control
Serve as the main contact person to escort and assist government agencies during inspection
Responsible for any Issue Rectification and License Renewal not restricted to TOLQ/CTQ and any related Authorities,etc
Oversee and monitor meal catering services
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Maintain detailed records of incidents, safety inspections, and operational activities within the workers quarter
Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams while addressing resident concerns and enforcing housing rules
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, facility upkeep, and emergency maintenance needs
Coordinate room allocations and Conflict Resolution
Mediate conflicts among residents and address behavioural issues in a fair and respectful manner
Ensure a peaceful living environment by setting and enforcing workers quarter rules and policies
Address any issues or challenges that may arise within the workers quarter, such as maintenance emergencies or resident disputes
Plan and lead celebratory events on different occasion for the residents
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Secondary Function
Managing expatriate accommodation and related matters not restricted to sourcing of apartments, accommodation onboarding as well as liaising with landlord, water & utilities suppliers, housekeeping arrangement up to handing over of apartments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must possess great interpersonal skill and a willingness to deal with all levels of stakeholders not restricted to blue collar employee
Minimum 10 years related experience in dormitory/in house camp, security, or facility operations handling huge scale of residents
6 days work schedule
Due to operational needs, candidates must be committed to work on weekends and public holidays where applicable
