Quality Manager (Semiconductor/ICs Industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of an integrated management system aligned with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 26262, including defining scope, mapping end-to-end processes, establishing controlled procedures, and setting measurable quality and safety objectives.

• Act as Management Representative for ISO certification and external audit activities.

• Develop and maintain core QMS processes including document control, change management, risk management, internal audit, and management review.

• Define supplier quality requirements, manage quality agreements, and establish OSAT performance metrics.

• Conduct internal audits and manage corrective actions, including 8D and CAR processes.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance quality and operational performance.

• Manage customer complaint handling, field quality issues, and product traceability systems.

• Deliver training to employees on QMS requirements, procedures, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical preferred).

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Semiconductor or IC industry. Candidates can come from Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, or Senior Engineer background (Quality Manager experience is not mandatory).

• Strong experience in OSAT environment is required.

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 26262, as well as IATF 16949 standards.

• Good understanding of quality systems, audit processes, and semiconductor manufacturing workflows.

• Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills under pressure.
