Overview
This role is for our newly commissioned Precision Engineering facility that serves to support internal R&D Team in fabricating high-precision Semiconductor Equipment Modules/Components/parts/etc.
Responsibilities
- Optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and output
- Troubleshooting and resolving production or CNC/ Grinding/Milling/ EDM equipment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve technologies and processes
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards
Requirement
- Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Ideally candidate must have at least 2 years experience in a production engineering role, preferably in the precision engineering industry
- Operational knowledge and experience with precision machines
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in Chinese to liaise directly with Chinese counterpart in China
