Overview
We are seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to support our Digital C4 (Command, Control, Communications, and Computers) solutions.
You will bridge customer requirements with technical solutions, working closely with the sales team to deliver impactful proposals, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales to develop technical proposals and solution strategies.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site surveys.
- Translate customer needs into effective technical solutions and system designs.
- Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and solution briefs.
- Support proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and customer training.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in pre-sales, solution design, or technical consultancy (telecom/networking preferred).
- Hands-on experiences in the field of wireless communication industries (domain area : mobile communication (4G/5G), satellite communication, microwave links, mesh radios or combat radios).
- pre-sales/ solutioning experiences that involves tasking such as reviewing of compliance table, documentation writeup of technical proposal
- Familiarity with RF/Wireless/Networking testing tools (e.g., spectrum analyser, traffic measurement software) is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
