We are seeking a Pre-Sales Architect with strong expertise in IT infrastructure and security to lead solution design and client technical engagements across our managed services portfolio. This client-facing role bridges business needs, secure architectures, and reliable delivery, ensuring confidence and quality in every engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions and design secure, scalable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions.
- Act as the technical authority in pre-sales conversations, proposals, and client presentations.
- Define and enforce technical standards, security compliance, and best practices.
- Mentor engineers, review solution designs, and act as escalation point for complex issues.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to align resources, execution strategy, and technology roadmaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years in IT infrastructure with strong focus on networking, firewalls, and on-prem systems.
- Proven expertise in routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and firewall platforms (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto).
- Skilled in Windows/Linux servers, VMware/Hyper-V, Active Directory, storage (SAN/NAS).
- Experience in network security (IDS/IPS, ZTNA, NAC, compliance) and technical presales engagements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Certifications
CCNP, Fortinet NSE4+, Palo Alto PCNSE, Security+, CISSP/CISM, VMware VCP, AWS Solutions Architect.
