Job Description
To manage a team of 10-12 Telesales officers to achieve individual as well as team sales targets on unsecured loans in line with business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- To work with Sales Head to achieve individual as well as team sales targets
- To lead and coach a team of telesales officer to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales
- To recruit, train, and ramp new hires quickly and effectively
- To proactively identify opportunities for improvements.
- To monitor team sales performance
- To develop sales strategies to ensure success and growth
Requirements
- Experience in managing sales team
- Prior telesales experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data analytic mindset
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Target oriented
- Good Team player
- Good in people management
- Ability to handle difficult and challenging situations objections/complaints etc
