Responsibilities:
- Engage existing portfolio clients to cross-sell products, including Operating Accounts & Deposits, Wealth Solutions referrals, Straight2Bank sign-ups, and loan product referrals.
- Actively participate in relevant sales campaigns for client engagements.
- Assist in periodic reviews of accounts where necessary.
- Ensure strict adherence to the bank's code of conduct.
- Support colleagues to collectively grow the business and outperform as a team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a direct B2B or B2C sales environment.
- Minimum Diploma Holder.
- Comfortable performing in a telesales environment.
- Familiar with customer due diligence processes, including FATCA adherence.
- Knowledge of competitive environment to position the bank's products appropriately.
