Polishing Process Technician - Based in Shenzhen, China (Basic + AWS) HSW

• Location: Shenzhen, China

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain polishing machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues directly on the production floor.
• Develop new polishing techniques and provide training to others.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in polishing process development for 3C (consumer electronics) products.
• A strong understanding of the balance between process development and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Expertise in setting polishing equipment parameters, as well as the selection and use of appropriate consumables.
• Must be proactive and possess strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with upstream and downstream teams.
