Responsibilities
- Evaluate and plan resources for sandblasting, including consumables, fixtures, and equipment.
- Lead sandblasting process development and validation.
- Develop new sandblasting dyeing techniques and manage knowledge transfer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues on-site.
- Review and revise sandblasting standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sandblasting process development for 3C (consumer electronics) products.
- A strong understanding of the balance between process development and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
- Expertise in setting sandblasting equipment parameters, as well as the selection and use of appropriate consumables.
- Proficient in using analysis software such as JMP.
- Proven ability to independently create comprehensive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reports
