Anodizing Process Technician - Based in Shenzhen, China (Basic + AWS) HSW

• Location: Shenzhen, China

Responsibilities

• Operate anodizing equipment and manage resources, including consumables, fixtures, and machinery.
• Develop and validate new anodizing processes.
• Handle anodizing dyeing tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues on the anodizing line.
• Ensure all local production follows standard anodizing procedures

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in anodizing dyeing.
• Can balance process development with strict EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) requirements.
• Has a deep understanding of chemical surface treatment equipment, including its use and safety protocols.
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and coordination skills to align with different production stages
