Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day processing of policy service requests such as personal detail updates, policy changes, and beneficiary nominations.
- Manage customer enquiries, appeals, and escalations, including making independent decisions on complaint resolutions.
- Administer major policy alterations and reinstatements in accordance with set guidelines and quality standards.
- Support pay-out processes including annuity, maturity, surrender, and other customer disbursements.
- Collaborate with team leads on process improvement initiatives and help identify and close operational gaps.
- Ensure timely and accurate support is provided to customers and financial consultants.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder fresh Degree graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of life, investment-linked, and term insurance products is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet service standards and process requests accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to leveraging digital tools for process efficiency.
- Independent, proactive, and eager to learn with strong problem-solving abilities.
