Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a PMO Manager / PMO Director located in Singapore. The role involves leading and overseeing various project and program management functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing project portfolios, driving business process improvements, and resource allocation. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of initiatives and maintain high standards of project management practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management to oversee and lead different initiatives effectively
• Experience in Business Process Improvement for optimizing organizational efficiencies
• Strong skills in Project Portfolio Management and Resource Management for balancing priorities and resource allocation
• Ability to strategize and implement effective project management frameworks
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Prior experience in a PMO leadership role, preferably in a relevant industry, is highly beneficial
