This part-time hybrid role as PMO Manager/PMO Director is located in Singapore, with a combination of on-site responsibilities and remote work flexibility. The role involves overseeing program management, streamlining business processes, managing project portfolios, optimizing resource allocation, and leading the successful delivery of projects. The PMO professional will work closely with various teams to align objectives, implement improvements, and ensure the efficient execution of initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Program Management, Project Management, and Project Portfolio Management
  • Experience in Business Process Improvement and Resource Management
  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills in a professional setting
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage hybrid work environments effectively
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are an advantage
  • Familiarity with packaging or related industries is a plus
