Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a PMO Manager / PMO Director, based in Singapore with some flexibility to work from home. The PMO Manager / PMO Director will oversee project portfolios, manage resources, and drive business process improvements. This role entails ensuring efficient program management, monitoring project execution, and aligning projects with organizational goals. Regular communication and collaboration with stakeholders will be essential to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Program Management and Project Management expertise, with abilities to lead and coordinate complex initiatives effectively
  • Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management and Resource Management to prioritize and allocate resources efficiently
  • Experience in Business Process Improvement methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and perform in a hybrid work environment
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2 are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are advantageous
