Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities

. Lead and manage the PMO team to ensure efficient execution of all project management office activities

. Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for medium to large projects, from pre-planning

. Document project scope, objectives, budget, deliverables, and business justification accurately

. Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and prioritize project initiatives

. Develop and manage project timelines, resource planning, and task assignments

. Guide teams in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming

. Monitor project budgets, financials, risk factors, and resource utilization

. Enhance stakeholder communication and alignment across internal and external parties

. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution

. Oversee project execution to ensure progress aligns with organizational standards and team performance expectations

. Develop, optimize, and implement PMO frameworks, processes, and governance policies

. Continuously monitor and assess project outcomes to ensure adherence to quality, budget, and schedule benchmarks

. Ensure project deliverables support business objectives and comply with regulatory and corporate requirements

. Foster alignment with company values and maintain consistency across all phases of project delivery

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), or a related discipline

. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, RDPM, or ITIL) is preferred

. Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects, preferably within the physical security sector (e.g., ACS, CCTV, IDS, or relevant system certifications)

. Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role considered an asset

. Strong knowledge of project lifecycles, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation in a technical environment
