Requirements:
· 10+ years of experience in project management
· Review and refine governance structure and objectives
· Update SteerCo Master deck which consolidates information relating to objectives and governance, including implementation plan of each program
· Monitor program deliverables and milestones
· Maintain reporting standards and success metrics
· Maintain oversight of dependencies across workstreams
· Maintain and manage Risks-Issues-Assumptions-Dependencies log as part of tracking and reporting
· Manage day-to-day project activities through collaboration with project teams
· Support preparation of PMO's program review and relevant action items
· Manage shared folder of PMO which facilitates coordination with various workstreams
· Support reporting requirements for PMO when required from time to time
