Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure timely updates.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Monitor project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support project governance through regular reporting and updates.
• Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting related to projects.
• Ensure compliance with the organisation's project management standards.
• Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PMO should have:

• Proven experience in project coordination or management within the financial services industry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle various project tasks.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
