Role Summary
The role provides comprehensive support across financial management, executive secretarial assistance, and events coordination. The individual will work closely with senior leadership, including CFO&EV and Risk & Compliance teams, to ensure smooth operations, accurate tracking of financial performance, and efficient coordination of meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management
- Support monthly CFO&EV meetings covering Finance and Risk & Compliance.
- Manage pipeline opportunities in Salesforce, coordinating with the Account PMO team to ensure timely and accurate updates.
- Track, review, and report on Sales & Revenue performance against budget.
2. Secretarial Support (Scheduling & OPE Management)
- Manage calendars for Managing Directors (MDs) and ensure alignment between Accenture and client account calendars.
- Arrange face-to-face meetings in the most efficient manner.
- Oversee timesheet submissions and expense management.
- Handle visitor clearances, including building and Wi-Fi access.
3. Events Management
- Plan and organize logistics for regular team meetings, including venue booking, catering/refreshments, and content coordination with Managers.
- CFO&EV: Monthly Finance + Risk & Compliance team meetings.
- DRC: Monthly Risk & Compliance team meetings.
- Support the execution of ad-hoc client-facing events such as roundtables, workshops, and partnership events with vendors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in financial tracking, reporting, or pipeline management (Salesforce knowledge preferred).
- Proficiency in scheduling, calendar management, and handling expenses.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across different teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in event planning and logistics management.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; Salesforce familiarity will be an advantage.
