Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Continuity Manager to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery strategies to ensure organizational resilience and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the organizations business continuity management (BCM) framework
- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical functions and dependencies
- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans across departments
- Coordinate and lead business continuity drills, tabletop exercises, and crisis management simulations
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with resilience objectives
- Monitor regulatory requirements in Singapore and ensure compliance with BCM standards (e.g., MAS, ISO 22301)
- Provide training and awareness programs for staff on business continuity policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and present business continuity readiness to senior management and regulators
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
- Proven experience in business continuity, risk management, or crisis management
- Strong knowledge of BCM standards and regulatory frameworks in Singapore
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certifications such as CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or equivalent are a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations effectively
