Job Description

Financial Management

  • Monthly meetings to cover the following for finance and risk & compliance:
    • Pipeline management review pipeline opportunities in Salesforce, helping us to follow-up with the account PMO team to ensure updates are in the system
    • Sales & Revenue tracking review overall sales & revenue progress against budget
Secretarial Support (Scheduling & Management)

  • Manage MD calendars and ensure both our Accenture/client account calendars are in sync.
  • Arrange our F2F meetings as efficiently as possible
  • Manage our timesheets & expenses
  • Manage our visitor clearances like building & Wi-Fi access etc.

Events Management

  • Regular team meetings - organize the logistics for our monthly team meetings (i.e. confirming location, arranging lunch/refreshments), working closely with the Managers who help us curate the content:
    • Monthly Finance + Risk & Compliance team meetings
    • Monthly risk & compliance team meetings
  • Ad-hoc events these will include client-facing events like Roundtables, Workshops, partnership events with vendors etc.
Job Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • With two or more years experience in project administration and project management.
  • Good listening and minutes writing skills, able to follow in meetings and capturing key points and follow-up action items with the respective parties.
  • Able to prepare PowerPoint meeting decks for timely submission to client and project management.
