Job Description

Distribute incoming messages such as SWIFT messages, faxes, including SWIFT RMA operations
Upload/download Inward and outward Giro files, verify file maintenance report
Monitor/retrieve SWIFT broadcast, erroneous messages, SWIFT/MEPS+ ACK/rejection/reports
Handle queries from front offices and operations teams
Construct and release SWIFT MT799,etc
Perform End-of-day reconciliation of SWIFT and MEPS+
Administrative task on issuance of MGeB tokens
Verify monthly SWIFT/MEPS+ billings

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Banking and Finance with minimum 2 years of banking experience preferred
Knowledge of SWIFT and MEPS+ payments will be an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel formulas and pivot table
Meticulous, accurate and possess good sense of urgency
Able to multi-task across functions
Excellent team player and active independent contributor
