Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PMO (Project Management Office) professional with a strong background in IT Project Management and project coordination. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands-on project management expertise and strong administrative capabilities, ensuring successful delivery, governance, and reporting of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage end-to-end IT project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Provide PMO governance, ensuring adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, business stakeholders, vendors) to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Track and monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain and manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and dashboards.
  • Drive resource planning, scheduling, and budgeting support for IT projects.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support senior project managers/program managers in strategic planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards relevant to Singapore-based IT projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in IT Project Management (mandatory).
  • Prior experience working as a PM/PMO in IT projects is essential.
  • Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in risk management, reporting, and governance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum) is an advantage.
  • Experience working in Singapore/regional IT environments is preferred.
