Job Description

Position Summary / Project Description

This role provides temporary support to the Enterprise Performance and Process Governance (EPPG) team, with a focus on enterprise transformation support, performance monitoring, and governance continuity. The position supports the execution and sustainment of ongoing enterprise initiatives, including transformation and productivity improvement efforts. It ensures continuity of governance processes, reporting, and cross-functional coordination during coverage for an incumbent Manager, while supporting management visibility, alignment, and follow-through.

Role and Responsibilities

1) Enterprise Transformation & Performance Support

. Support enterprise transformation initiatives by tracking activities, milestones, and deliverables, and preparing data for regular progress updates.

. Assist in the preparation of reports related to cost optimisation, benefits realisation, and productivity improvement initiatives, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

. Consolidate inputs from multiple teams into structured insights and summaries to support management discussions.

2) Enterprise Governance and Coordination

. Support the preparation of materials for leadership and governance meetings and coordinate cross-functional inputs and follow up on agreed actions.

. Provide continuity and coordination support for ongoing EPPG-managed initiatives and reporting activities during the coverage period.

3) Supporting G.R.O.S.S. Initiative

. Support the coordination and promotion of the G.R.O.S.S. (simplification and productivity improvement) initiative, aimed at simplifying work processes, removing inefficiencies, and enhancing productivity.

. Manage ideas submissions, track progress, and coordinate follow-up actions across stakeholders.

. Identify common improvement themes and opportunities for process enhancements.

. Help organise engagement activities and prepare communication materials to raise awareness and participation.

. Contribute to documentation and reporting of outcomes, success stories, and best practices for management updates.

Requirements / Qualifications

. 1-3 years of relevant experience in enterprise transformation support, performance management, governance, process improvement, or related roles.

. Experience working in large or complex organisations healthcare or public sector experience is an advantage.

. Strong analytical and structuring capabilities, with the ability to distil complex information into clear summaries comfortable working with financial numbers.

. Good communication skills, including preparation of slides and written materials.

. Well-organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
