Organization Development
Implementing HR policies and strategies which are aligned towards achieving business objectives and driving business growth
Talent Acquisition, Retention & Termination
Develop new recruitment strategies to expand and retain workforce
Perform on-going hiring and selection of suitable candidates
Provide end to end on-boarding and off-boarding of employees and dentists
Evaluate and amend terms of employment based on business needs
Compensation and Benefits
Develop criteria for pay increase and promotion for employees
Periodically research on HR best practice and adapt appropriately to suit business needs
Coordinate, plan and budget for clinic dinners, kick off meetings and incentive trips
Work with external agencies (such as MOM, MSF, etc) for application of levy waiver, childcare leave, maternity leave
Payroll
Payroll processing for employees and dentists
Timely updates for leave application. Generate monthly attendance and leave report for director
Generate time management system report for OT calculation
Appraisal and Performance Management
Conduct bi-yearly 360 employees and dentist's appraisal
Performance review for new hires
Review clinics group performance, industry practice and provide recommendation for pay adjustment and variable bonus
Manage and support staff that require job improvement with mutual goal setting and coaching
Training and Development
Develop career development plan for high potential employees
Working with finance and external agencies to tap on latest government training and development grants for SME
Employee Relations
Hearing and resolving employee grievances through counselling
Conducting investigations of complaints and grievances
Compliance
Familiar and ensure compliance with HR practices, Employment Act and MOM regulations in Singapore
Ensure all dentists are compliant with NEA and SDC licensing requirements
Track, maintain and update records of dentists on conditional registration
Ensure dentists on conditional registration are supervised by 2 full registration dentists and fulfil all requirements by SDC
Administration
Maintain human resources records (soft and hard copy) of all employees and dentists which include transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases or change in contractual agreement
Administer and allocate access rights for computers and passwords
Office/clinic keys issuance and maintain record
Minutes taking for meetings
Ensure paperwork & documentation for HR/Admin are in order
Other adhoc duties as assigned
