Job Title:

International Sales Coordinator- Immigration Services

Key Responsibilities:

. Support international consultants in client case management, project coordination, and delivery timelines.

. Conduct sales and performance data analysis and prepare regular reports to support management decisions.

. Assist in training planning, onboarding coordination, and preparation of training materials.

. Support the design and tracking of performance evaluation and assessment frameworks.

. Conduct market and policy research to provide insights on immigration trends and client demand.

. Coordinate across sales, consulting, and operations teams to resolve internal issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

. Experience: Over 1 year of relevant experience.

. Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with sales consultants and potential clients.

. Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.

. Self-Motivation: Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

. Detail Orientation: Proactive and adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.
