Platform Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Singapore

Eligibility: Singapore Citizen

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support platform infrastructure in Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Windows Server, RHEL, VMware, and container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, Podman).
• Administer enterprise platforms such as MongoDB, MSSQL, NGINX, Apache, IBM MQ, Kafka, MQTT, ArcGIS, and Keycloak.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, backup & recovery, and performance tuning.
• Apply security patches, upgrades, and infrastructure hardening.
• Support platform monitoring, logging, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with application, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow ITIL change, incident, and problem management processes.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Infrastructure/System Administration.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, RHEL/Linux, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Docker/Podman, Ansible, GitLab, and CI/CD.
• Experience supporting MongoDB, NGINX, Apache, IBM MQ, Kafka, MSSQL, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of backup & recovery, firewalls, monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus), and ITIL processes.
• RHCSA/RHCE, VMware VCP, or MongoDB certifications are an advantage.
