Platform Operations Engineer

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. As a Platform Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining system operations, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring platform stability. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and deliver excellent customer service. Your role includes proactively troubleshooting both Linux and Windows systems to enhance performance and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to identify and address operational challenges
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving real-time system issues
• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide support and guidance to stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools and processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid role with flexibility for onsite and remote tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
